Team Building

all over the world

SPECIAL BUSINESSES

Are you looking for a unifying and original idea for your team building, conventions, kick-off or group activities that is as CSR-friendly as possible?

Through the lens of survival in the wild, our specialists can, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, convey the essential values of a good "survivor" who loves nature and adventure. In the form of workshops or games, following a conference by Denis Tribaudeau (for example), during an afternoon or a whole weekend, in France or anywhere in the world, we will provide you with experiences and sensations that will change the way you approach problems at work or in life!

Create your own "à la carte" program with one of our "survival advisors" to make your "team building" an unforgettable moment!

Example program:

Duration: One afternoon

To survive in the wilderness, you need skill, resilience, and solidarity! Each team will develop the skills to become true "Survivors" and earn their stripes to be worthy of being the best team. During this day, using their road book, the teams will tackle the challenges scattered across the site.

• An outdoor activity in direct contact with nature!

• Rediscover a spirit of solidarity in an increasingly individualistic society,

with the development of genuine group cohesion

• Analyze a situation as a team, demonstrating cohesion and ingenuity.

• Learn to cope with the unexpected and better manage stress

• Explore your physical resources for a true test of your limits!

• Back to Basics

1 - SET UP A SHELTER: Each team must set up a shelter for 4 people with an integrated groundsheet using only 1 tarp and 4 wooden stakes (a puzzle worthy of the greatest origami artists).

2 - MAKE A FIRE: Because fire is life! Because knowing how to make a fire is essential to being human, because having a fire keeps you dry, because eating cooked meat tastes better!... Each team must make a fire with two pieces of wood. A demonstration will be given to ensure everyone understands the proper techniques.

3 - MAKE DRINKABLE WATER: In this challenge, the teams will build a water filter to make the water potable.

4 - EAT: An introductory challenge to become a true "survivor" (insects and fish eyes to be enjoyed without moderation). Led by Christelle Gauzet (winner of Koh-Lanta 2008), this workshop will unleash the teams' full motivation! Six upside-down bowls will contain delicious little snacks. Protein-packed appetizers.

5 - STRETCHER: Move one of the team members on a makeshift stretcher within a very short time! The goal is to encourage letting go and complete trust in the person carrying them. A real challenge!

6 - ORIENTATION: A classic compass orienteering challenge with a review of the main principles of heading, aiming, etc. Each checkpoint will be drawn by the teams.

7 - RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT: At the end of the challenges, Christelle Gauzet and Denis Tribaudeau will announce the final rankings. Thus, the best will be rewarded with:

a "Best Survivor" certificate and a T-shirt made from corn and bamboo fiber.

The media trusts us:

For over a decade,

We have made numerous media appearances, as evidenced by our press kit. From the smallest local newspaper to the biggest TV program, we have become a trusted source for journalists!

Since nature is our daily environment and our tool of the trade, we are the first to want to protect and preserve it. During our sessions, we will be vigilant in ensuring that our trainees also safeguard nature. We will regularly review the applicable rules and laws to explain, inform, and educate them on the importance of respecting them.

🔗 Spending a night in survival mode with colleagues, the ultimate test of cohesion!
On the agenda for this adventure:
🔥 Lighting a fire: Not only did we master the techniques for lighting a fire in the wilderness, but we also understood the importance of perseverance, patience and teamwork.
🏕️ Building our own shelter: By building our own shelter to spend the night, we tested our ability to collaborate under time constraints and to find creative solutions together.
🛠️ Making a stretcher and transporting an injured person: This exercise allowed us to understand the importance of communication and coordination to ensure the safety of each team member.
🚨 Reacting in case of an accident in the wilderness: Knowing how to react quickly is an essential skill that strengthens our resilience and our ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
🌿 Identifying what is edible: Learning to identify edible natural resources has developed our sense of observation and our ability to adapt to our environment.
Thank you to Denis TRIBAUDEAU for sharing your passion and knowledge with us. (I promise, the next workshop will be without merguez sausages and marshmallows!!)
Thank you Thibaut Stambouli for the superb souvenir photos!!

SOPHIE

Delpeyrat House

Today, I had the opportunity to participate in a survival course in the Landes forest with the Maison Delpeyrat teams.

I learned how to make a fire, how to build a stretcher, I even tasted some worms (they were surprisingly high in protein!).
This experience really pushed me to push my limits and develop essential skills such as perseverance, patience, teamwork and my ability to adapt to my environment.
Thank you to the whole team and to Denis TRIBAUDEAU for this enriching and surprising experience! 🙏
