Davy Crockett
General information
Less than 2 hours from Bordeaux by car, come and find adventure, on the move, and survival along the water.
In authentic Canadian canoes, explore the still-wild meanders of the Vézère River for three days and two nights camping. Unleash your inner trapper! Become a modern-day Davy Crockett for a few days. To complete your adventure safely, you must be able to swim at least 25 meters without swallowing water.

The return to civilization went well for me; last night's meal was delicious. It was a fantastic experience. Managing exertion, rationing, learning to overcome hunger, giving a second life to salvaged objects, and improvising with a tarp, wood, string, and a condom 😊... It's quite possible I'll go back to sleeping in the woods or mountains with a tarp instead of a tent. The group was amazing—humorous, friendly, and supportive. Tasks were divided naturally based on everyone's strengths. I'll definitely be telling everyone about it!
Thank you all for your good cheer
Thanks for the photos
I plan to repeat the experience one day on another objective.

Good evening, thank you very much, we arrived home safely with wonderful memories!
Jérémie was lovely, patient, encouraging, always smiling and understanding. He even had a great sense of humor! I was very stressed when I arrived. The discharge had worried me and I was afraid it would be too "commando-style," but actually, it wasn't at all; it was really good.
Thank you so much.

Good morning,
As requested, here are our answers following our weekend with Jeremy:
The environment of your internship / landscapes / nature: perfectly satisfactory!
The internship supervision: completely satisfied!
The organization of the internship: completely satisfied!
This experience was extraordinary, wonderful and full of kindness.
The good humor of the whole team was a relief, allowing novices like us to stay on track and not feel out of place. On the contrary, you were all attentive and reassuring, and we left with our heads full of memories and useful information!
Thank you so much and see you soon!
Lucas
