Hello everyone,
Aurélie has written us a report about the internship!
It's this way: https://www.2bikesfamily.com/nous-avons-survecu-a-notre-stage-de-survie/
Happy reading ;) and looking forward to seeing you again.
Célian

We really enjoyed this little break from time and civilization, even if we weren't that far away...😉
This return to our roots was very enriching and allowed us to take a step back and see daily life from a different perspective.
Thanks to Denis and Mathilde for the "survival" part and to Nadia and Héloïse for the "comfort" part.
With pleasure,
The "too many girls" family ;-)
Roger

Thank you for your warm and very friendly welcome. You clearly love people and enjoy meeting them; it's lovely. Saona and I had an extraordinary stay, discovering another side of life. Denis was a very good guide, attentive to everyone, and shared his knowledge with us with love. He also shared his personal experiences, which were captivating for the group. The whole family participated in the activities together in a great atmosphere—it was fantastic!
I've attached the completed questionnaire. I have no complaints about how our internship went; two days is very quick, everything is condensed, but I think it's sufficient for the children.
You're excellent 👍
Perhaps we'll meet again soon for other similar experiences.
Cédric and Saona
Testimonials from the "family special" workshop

Everything was perfect! This weekend not only allowed us to learn many practical things, but it also allowed me to get to know myself better. I thought I might struggle with the hunger, the rain, and the cold, but that wasn't the case at all. Having signed up to give my son a gift, I thoroughly enjoyed these two days. He, too, greatly appreciated them.
We now know what the essential things are to put in a hiking bag, and we have some idea of the difficulties we might encounter, but above all of the solutions to them.
In short, this workshop was very enriching and Paul was perfect: he knew how to advise us when needed while still letting us work independently. Always calm and smiling, it was a pleasure. A big thank you to you, Paul! Thanks also to the other participants who managed to keep their spirits up despite the weather!
Marie-Pierre

Fantastic weekend! A first for the Petits Princes Association! Thank you for your help in making Solal's dream come true, which was difficult for us to organize. He was so happy and would love to do it again tomorrow! I think his parents can confirm that, and we all had an incredible two days. The group was really great. Maxime was a very engaging and patient guide and instructor.
And we survived!!
THANKS
Anne-France (Dreams Volunteer)

Despite the rain, all three of us were extremely happy to have participated in this training course.
A huge thank you to Paul, who was fantastic!
He's become our little Paolo's new hero! He told us he wants to be just like him when he grows up 😍
Best of luck to everyone!
Sandrine

Hello Nadia and Denis,
A huge thank you to you both for this introductory course. You're a fantastic team! It was a wonderful discovery, an enriching and varied experience.
Congratulations to Denis for his appearance on e=m6 yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the other show where Nadia appeared, but I'd be happy to watch it on replay if you have the link (name and channel).
Thanks to you I have learned a little more about my relationship with nature and myself.
It's truly incredible what nature offers us if we look closely and have the knowledge.
I talk about it with people around me... and I think I'll repeat the experience one day (with the rest of my family: my wife and daughter or friends).
Until then I'm going to study the manual: a survival guide.
I think that the various anecdotes Denis told by the fireside could be the subject of a book idea, to be submitted to his publisher.
For the survey, I would say to the 3 questions: perfectly satisfied.
Thank you both again.
See you soon
Frédéric

Hello everyone,
Not very active on social media, I'll answer your satisfaction survey by email and briefly... IT WAS GREAT!!!!
My daughters and I loved it!! EVERYTHING... the nature, the guide and the supervision!
Don't change a thing, just clone Denises and put them everywhere!!
We'll be back...
Thanks for the photo and I look forward to seeing you again in Sarlat...
Frida, Anouk and Virginie

The environment of your internship / landscapes / nature
- Completely satisfied: the location was particularly lovely, with varied views. The mix of fields and woods was just perfect!!
The internship supervision
- Completely satisfied: NOTHING TO SAY about the organization and execution of the course. David is particularly friendly and extremely good at explaining things. He provided us with numerous explanations and helped us discover so much (too much to detail in just two days, there was so much information). A true role model for our SURVIVOR family! An instructor who has a genuine respect for the environment and animals, who speaks about them with passion, and it shows and is a pleasure to experience. A nice bonus and surprise (snacks) was also provided upon our arrival.
The organization of the internship
- Perfectly satisfied: To sum up, we had a fantastic, flawless internship where we pushed ourselves, had a lot of fun, and will cherish only good memories. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, it added spice to the internship and ultimately made it enjoyable. In short, a very well-organized experience.
Thank you again to you and David for this internship, which was once again a superb experience that I would recommend to family members or friends. We returned home with wonderful memories that will be unforgettable.
Cédric

Adam loved: Building dens, eating roast duck breast, finishing first in the orienteering race, watching shooting stars with Paul, eating chips and drinking Coke on Sunday. Jalil loved: Making a fire, sleeping in the den, eating potatoes with butter, constantly asking you questions and always getting your answer, eating chips and drinking Coke on Sunday.
I loved it: being the first to make a fire, eating wild strawberries, feeling like I was on Survivor, and completely disconnecting from work. It was great, you and Paul are the best, don't change a thing! And thank you to Mrs. Denis for the banquet on Sunday at lunchtime.
Best of luck, and maybe see you one of these days...
Yves

We shared a very informative weekend, we reconnected with essential values and it felt good!!
Thank you to Paul for his teaching skills and kindness.
I have nothing but good things to say about this internship. Don't change a thing, it's fantastic!!
Wishing you both continued success!
Sandra
