Experience the wild adventure
DAY 1
9:30 AM: Meet at the village of Les Moussières (39310). Welcome and briefing for participants.
10:15 AM: Hike begins. Foraging. Gathering. Observing the environment: fauna, flora, and geography. Searching for water.
1:00 PM: Theoretical introduction to survival skills.
4:00 PM: Arrival at the bivouac site. Making a fire (review of current regulations; if permitted, we will have a small campfire). Preparing shelters. Preparing the meal. Trapping demonstration (review of current trapping regulations in France).
8:00 PM: Dinner after foraging and hunting, sharing impressions of the day.
11:00 PM: Bedtime in the shelters.
DAY 2
8:00 AM: Wake-up - Checking traps - Relighting the fire - (all while respecting current laws and regulations, of course). Impressions of the night.
10:00 AM: Departure and dismantling of shelters. Cleaning of the bivouac area.
10:30 AM: Orienteering hike. Map reading. Sun orientation, topography, compass. Gathering snacks. Theoretical introduction to active survival.
4:00 PM: Return to the starting point. Review of the past two days. Taking into account feedback. Further exploration of certain points.
5:00 PM: End of the course.
This internship is open to anyone aged 16 or over.
This internship is supervised by Denis Tribaudeau and/or a member of his team.
Equipment needed for the internship:
- a backpack
- a sleeping bag
- hiking clothes (hiking boots, pants, fleece)
- a spare pair of socks
- rain gear
- work gloves, a hat
- a water bottle
- a mess kit, a spoon, and a metal cup
- a headlamp
- sunglasses
- a hat
- a knife
- a trash bag
- cameras and GoPros are allowed
- cell phones without SIM cards are allowed

Since nature is our daily environment and our tool of the trade, we are the first to want to protect and preserve it. During our sessions, we will be vigilant in ensuring that our trainees also safeguard nature. We will regularly review the applicable rules and laws to explain, inform, and educate them on the importance of respecting them.
