None, you can undertake the training from the age of 16. No particular physical training is required.

FIRST AID TRAINING and
to RESCUE & EVACUATION IN NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS
Obtaining these two qualifications ( Prevention and Civic First Aid ( PSC ) and Rescue & Evacuation in Natural Environments ( SEMN ) ) will allow you to acquire a solid foundation for your team or person supervision in natural environments.

Maximum 10 trainees per session
With our extensive experience in risk management and first aid, we train hundreds of people in first aid every year. In a relaxed, outdoor setting, you will be introduced to these skills by our instructors. This training is designed for leaders and participants in outdoor activities. Trekking, hiking, riding, and mountain biking clubs will also find the fundamentals to handle any eventuality in the event of an accident in the wilderness. Of course, backpackers and other adventurous travelers, bushcrafters, and survivalists (preppers) will learn essential and easy-to-implement survival and evacuation techniques.
THE PROGRAM for the 3-day training course:
Day 1 : PSC. will be devoted to the essential basic training required to be able to claim to have the rudiments for the proper management of a distress situation in everyday life.
You will cover the eight essential points for the proper management of a crisis.
- Protection
- The alert
- The victim is choking, what should I do?
- The victim is bleeding (risk of hemorrhage)
- The victim is unconscious and breathing (recovery position)
- The victim is not breathing (cardiac massage)
- The victim faints
- The victim has a trauma (burn, broken bones, joints, wound, etc.).
You will be introduced to immediately performing first aid actions when faced with a person in distress and to reducing risks.
Days 2 and 3: SEMN
But you will also understand how:
- Perform long-term care such as wound cleaning, bandaging, etc.
- To find solutions and procedures for the transport, evacuation and exfiltration of victims from a wilderness environment.
- Prioritize, triage, and manage multiple accident victims or situations.
- To measure group psychology and the importance of the leader's responsibility within the group.
- Use communication tools and other technologies to make yourself visible and signal your distress.
All modules and workshops will be followed by a simulation closely resembling real-life conditions for realistic and instructive practical application.
Our certification: Each trainee will receive a PSC and SEMN diploma/certificate after the end-of-session exam. It will be awarded by our committee after deliberation, only to participants who have passed the assessments.
