HOW LONG DOES THE TRAINING LAST?
The training lasts 7 hours (one day per session)
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES?
None, to follow the PSC1 training.
You can undertake the training from the age of 10.
No special physical training is required.
Where will your training take place?

Obtaining the diploma in Prevention and Civic First Aid (PSC) will allow you to acquire, by equivalence, the European First Aid Certificate (BEPS).
With our extensive experience in risk management and first aid, we train hundreds of people in first aid every year. In a relaxed, outdoor setting, you will be introduced to the basics by our instructors.
THE PROGRAM for your 7 hours of training:
Essential basic training to be able to claim to have the rudiments for properly managing a distressing situation in everyday life.
You will cover the eight essential points for the proper management of a crisis.
- Protection
- The alert
- The victim is choking, what should I do?
- The victim is bleeding (risk of hemorrhage)
- The victim is unconscious and breathing (recovery position)
- The victim is not breathing (cardiac massage)
- The victim faints
- The victim has a trauma (burn, broken bones, joints, wound, etc.)
You will be introduced to immediately performing first aid actions when faced with a person in distress and to reducing risks.
