On the agenda: bivouacking under the stars, survival techniques, and total immersion in nature. Awaken the trapper within!
Become a gold prospector or a modern-day explorer and live a unique experience, combining exploration, self-improvement and moments of conviviality.
DAY 1
9:30 am: Trainees will be met by their instructor at the base camp in Montignac. Equipment familiarization and safety briefing.
10:00 am: Departure for the day's paddling. In a peaceful and natural setting, you will navigate the Vézère River. 5:30 PM: Learning how to make drinking water: techniques used to purify water.
6:30 PM: Departure for an expedition: Gathering edible plants, learning hunting techniques, collecting edible insects, etc.
7:30 PM: Dinner around the fire consisting solely of the fruits gathered in the afternoon.
9:00 PM: Evening gathering: stories, impressions, group cohesion, managing emotional intelligence, review of the various techniques learned during the day. Introduction to recognizing the main constellations for navigation by the stars, night walk without a lamp.
11:00 PM: Bedtime.

This internship is open to anyone aged 16 or over.
Since nature is our daily environment and our tool of the trade, we are the first to want to protect and preserve it. During our sessions, we will be vigilant in ensuring that our trainees also safeguard nature. We will regularly review the applicable rules and laws to explain, inform, and educate them on the importance of respecting them.
This course is led by Denis Tribaudeau and/or a member of his team for the survival portion. The canoeing portion is left to the participants' own responsibility, just like our boat rental customers.

The internship supervision
PERFECT!
Boris is great, a super teacher, patient, and to top it all off, funny!
What more could you ask for!?
The organization of the internship:
It was also great, we were able to learn quite a few techniques, although I would have liked to have a little more on mushrooms.
Looking back, I think I would have liked to have been in the thick of it for another day to really test my limits and be able to actually put into practice the methods we saw, take advantage of the shelter and refine it, have a more thorough "meal"...
And possibly a written account of everything we saw would have been great to solidify everything.
In summary it was great, a big thank you to Boris for all his knowledge and anecdotes, and to the whole team!
Perhaps we'll meet again soon for another adventure.
P.S.: Thanks for the promo codes
Caro.

All three of us are "very satisfied" with all the points mentioned.
My youngest son participated in a session with adults last year, along with Rémi :-) but he loved this version of the workshop. He wasn't bored at all because it was completely different, a whole new adventure!
For my other son and myself, it was a completely new experience.
A huge thank you to Rémi; this weekend was a wonderful experience for us thanks to him. His idea for a trapper-style meal/breakfast was friendly, welcoming, and very informative.
He is attentive and impressively knowledgeable, sharing/exchanging and showing kindness.
We were fortunate to be part of a motivated, interested, pragmatic and respectful group.
In short, beautiful memories.
Have a good rest of the day and all the best!
